A True Story

Each person scared of something. Somebody couldn't accept their fear because accepting their fear means showing their weakness to everybody. However, for that reason, they become stronger in their characteristics. And I'm one of those people who afraid from ghosts. I am also still can't believe that there are ghosts in the real life.

Oneday my friend told me that he heared a scary story happened in the desert. And there was a ghosts who killed two friends and just one person still alive. Ali, Hamad, and Bader. They went by Ali's car. First, they made a tent to sleep inside it. After that Ali forgot his staff in the car, so he left to the car, and Bader went to the bathroom which was behind the tent and then Ali didn't come back. However, Hamad was wondering where Ali gone. In the meanwhile, Hamad heard strange sounds out of the tent. In addetion, Hamad took a knife and left the tent, he went near the car to make sure that Ali inside the car. He saw Ali inside the car when he was walking to the car from short distance. He was too close to the car, but Ali gave him his back. Hamad said: "Ali!!". Ali turned and killed Hamad by a big sharp sword; however, actually he was not Ali, he was Bader. Also Ali was killed by Bader when Bader went to the bathroom he left the bathroom from the back door and killed Ali by the same sword.

Bader was innocence, because he called the police. Also he has time to clean everything. Finally, there is no mistake or fingerprint of Bader. The whole time when the police was there, Bader was always repait the ghost, the ghost, the ghost... The doctors proved that Bader was mentally ill.

The Strangest Food

Every person has a strange food has eaten it in his life; however, for me if I say it you will think i am a strange orvstupid person. When i was in kuwait, i eat chicken and meet a lot, and i did try to eat fish. I hate fish alot. I dont know exactly why, but perhaps because of the smell. My perants always said to me that i have to eat it cause its good to my health. However, when i came to Americe, i just eat Halal food because of my religion, so I have to try to eat the strangest food in my life, which is fish. Therefore, first time in my life i ate fish was in the habit, it was incredable moment and so delicious. Now i can eat fish in different places, some of them are sucks, but also some i can not imagin how much it delicious. The important point is when i go back to Kuwait in Aug, i didnt eat any fish for two weeks. Finally, i infer that i can eat it whan i cant fing Halal food not because it has a good taste.

My Dream

              I am always planning to get my dream not just my goals. Every day before I go to sleep, I ask myself "can a dream come true?". When I was in Kuwait, my father always encouraged me to set my dreams then I imagine those dreams are my future. But before that I have to work hard, be friendly with everybody, help anyone who needs help, and make a smile on face my friends. I just want to be a civil engineer first, and after that I want to be a well known writer.

            Nothing comes easy. Every single person has a different talent. The opportunity comes just one at a time, so we have to exploit it. Now, I am in the United States, and I am so happy to come here. From this year, my dreams are coming true slowly. For the moment, I just want to pass IELTS or TOEFL test. I am 18 years old, and I want to do my goals, purpose, and especially dreams before I become 25 years old. A lot of things are hard but not impossible.

Who's Fawaz?

I am almost 19 year old, and I am from Kuwait. I have been in the United States almost nine months. I am trying and doing my best as much as I can to learn English. So, learning English hard but not impossible because that was one of my dreams. I wish I will get my BA degree in Cal State Fullerton as soon as possible.

I am an ambitious person, so I have a lot of dreams that I wish to come true. My best dream was to be a poetry, and I did. Then I decided to be a writer, and I did by writing two books and published them in Kuwait's stores. I am glad of my jobs, and also my parents prouds of me. I just published my second book in Aug. when I visited my family.

My name is Fawaz Baqer and I have a lot of friends. I like every single person of them, and I also dont want to lose any of them cause find friend is hard, harder to leave, and impossible to forget. I want a friend who has these 3 important eyes that won’t cry, lips that won’t lie and friendship that won’t die. We must live the moment and give everything what it deserves. Finally, I wish that I will do all my dreams because just I have to be patient with a smile cause a smile can change your life everyday.
